So I have decided to dedicate my time to sourcing unwanted and discarded items and turning them into something worth owning.
Regeneration of renewables and remanufacturing of finite materials is an approach to sustainability known as the Circular or 'Butterfly' Economy.
The key to a circular economy is to think of all materials as belonging to one of two nutrient cycles: biological nutrients such as soil, wood, plants and animals, and technical nutrients such as plastics, synthetics wood and metals. The two cycles become the butterfly's two wings in which materials are never 'used up' and thrown away but are used again and again and again through cycles of reuse and renewal.
